• Learner licence status, licence conditions and relevant driving experience
• Lesson dates, attendance, progress notes and booking communications
• Payment confirmations and transaction references; card details may be handled directly by the payment provider
• Messages, feedback, complaints and consent records
• Basic technical information generated when the website is used, such as device, browser, cookie and analytics data

2. How we collect information

Information may come from the learner, a parent or guardian, another person making a booking, the booking or payment service, website forms, phone calls, emails or normal lesson delivery. A person booking for someone else should have authority to provide that learner's information.

• Respond to enquiries and confirm service-area availability
• Schedule, deliver, change and account for lessons
• Communicate with learners, parents or authorised contacts
• Support instruction, progress feedback and road safety
• Process or reconcile payments and prevent misuse

4. When information may be shared

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose only what is reasonably needed to service providers that support booking, payment, website hosting or communication; professional advisers and insurers; government or law-enforcement bodies when legally required; or another party with consent.

• Service providers must handle information for the agreed service
• Some providers may store or process data outside Australia
• Public reviews are displayed only through the review platform and choices made by the reviewer

5. Cookies, analytics and embedded services

The website may use cookies, analytics and third-party embeds to operate, measure use or display reviews and video. Those providers may receive technical data under their own privacy terms. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although some functions may then work differently.

6. Security and retention

8. Young learners

For an under-18 learner, the school may communicate with a parent or guardian about bookings, safety and appropriate progress information. We still respect the young person's dignity and limit disclosure to what is appropriate for the service and circumstances.

Send a privacy concern with enough detail for the school to investigate. We will review the issue and explain the response. This policy may change when services, providers or legal responsibilities change; the update date above identifies the current version.
