Professional and lawful instruction
Instructors maintain the accreditation required for NSW driving instruction, follow applicable road rules and keep their professional knowledge current.

Respectful learner treatment
Every learner is treated with patience, dignity and fairness regardless of age, background, ability, identity or level of confidence.

Safety during every lesson
The instructor assesses conditions, the training vehicle and learner readiness before entering traffic. A lesson may be changed or stopped when continuing would create an unacceptable risk.

- Keep attention on the learner and road environment
- Do not use a handheld phone while supervising a lesson
Honest service and fees
Lesson length, price, inclusions and applicable cancellation conditions are explained before payment. Recommendations are based on observed learning needs, not a guaranteed number of lessons or a promised pass.
Privacy and confidentiality
Personal information and lesson discussions are handled for legitimate teaching, booking, safety and legal purposes. Information is not disclosed casually or used to embarrass a learner.
Feedback and complaints
Learners and parents may raise a concern without pressure or retaliation. The school will listen, review the relevant facts and explain the available response or next step.

What should I expect from a professional driving instructor?
Expect lawful instruction, clear explanations, respectful treatment, attention to safety and honest feedback about progress.
Can an instructor stop a lesson?
Yes. An instructor may pause, change or end a lesson when the learner, vehicle, licence status, behaviour or road conditions make it unsafe to continue.
Does the school guarantee that I will pass?
No. The school provides instruction and feedback but cannot guarantee a result decided by an independent testing officer.
How can I raise a conduct concern?
Contact the school with the learner's name, lesson date, instructor and a clear description of what occurred so the concern can be reviewed.
