George is a great instructor. I had him for almost 2 years 👍
I passed my test in July with full marks and was very calm the day before, as George made time for me and took me for a drive to reassure my nerves!

He is professional, helpful, very patient, gives lots of extra advice and tips when driving!!

When we first landed in Australia, one of the most daunting and dreaded part of moving here was the driving test! All the horror stories of people failing for the smallest mistakes and the multiple repeats required to pass the test!

That was when we thought that we needed some help and guidance to navigate through this portion of completing the move to sydney. After some googling and some calls, we found our selves choosing Sydney South driving school, and started to take lessons with Ashraf! Ashraf has been an driving instructor with many years of experience under his belt. One of his best traits would probably be his patience with new drivers to the NSW driving culture/laws and guiding them gently to get to know the ropes around these parts of NSW.

For the test preparation, his guides and tips were crucial to pass the exam and more than that, it was crucial to be a safer driver on the road! Just for the record, I did manage to pass the driving test on the first attempt largely due to Ashraf’s lecture and lessons on driving in NSW.

As such I would recommend Ashraf and Sydney South Driving school to anyone looking for some help to transition into a P or Full license holder. 5 of 5 star review for him :)

Only had one driving lesson with the Liverpool chain and would recommend to everyone! Went here to get confirmation that I was ready for my P1 test and my instructor was very knowledgable and helpful. He assisted with letting me know information about the test and what I am required to do to pass, and helped me with correcting my mistakes so that I am able to pass. Definitely satisfied with my experience with the Sydney South Driving School.

I would gladly take the time to write a review for Sydney South Driving School because this school and George highly deserves it.Being someone who had very little confidence on the road, it was George who patiently taught and guidedme since my Day 1 with him.I had a few lessons from another driving school in the past but it was only thru George that I truly learned.His instructions were always clear and he was very patient with me. He was also very flexible when it comes to the schedule and he gave me the confidence I needed.He also explained road rules very well.I never imagined myself driving because being on the road always made me anxious but George helped me overcome that fear and he prepared me so well for my driving test. Increases your confidence, reinforces good driving habits and test behavior. Within a couple lessons, knowledge and skill is exponentially increased. I recommend taking a lesson before your test to do a mock test and get as much information as possible, which George makes easily digestible and simple to understand. Highly recommend. Ashraf was my trainer. Within 2 hours he explained everything required for the test. I got the appointment early due to a cancellation and there was only one day to prepare. Sydney South Driving School is definitely one of the best, if not the best, driving instructors in the area, and I say this after having had 2 different instructors previously. I had Ashraf as my instructor and he is amazing. Very kind and patient! I went to my first lesson shaking from nerves because I hadn't driven in about 2 years, and today I'm very happy to say I passed my driving test (on the first go!) and I contribute my success to Ashraf's excellent teaching. He explains every concept thoroughly and allows you to practice things over and over again, and he answers any question you may have. There are even package deals if you're struggling a bit financially, but in my opinion the prices are very fair considering the depth of knowledge you get from each lesson. 100% excellent company and I'm very glad I was able to drive with them! If you have anxiety about driving I 100% recommend Sydney South Driving School because they are so incredibly patient and friendly.

South Sydney Driving School has been so helpful and supportive as I built my confidence and skills as a Learner driver. His explanation of road rules and what to do is the feature about him as he informs your mistakes in a calm voice helping you fix it, and best of all, comments positive points about your driving. South Sydney driving school in my opinion is one of the BEST driving schools out there, especially for Learners who aren’t that confident in driving like I was at first. Ashraf, my Liverpool instructor was patient and calm with me all throughout my driving experience and if I made an error he would calmly explain where I went wrong/ how to picture the scenario etc. Driving with him was HIGHLY professional and without them I wouldn’t have passed my test first go.

South West Driving School is a great driving school for anyone who wants to be a quality driver. In my experience I had my Ls for 2 years and my driving lessons we very on and off a due to the pandemic. When I booked my P test I only had 2 or 3 weeks left and I was in urgent need of a good instructor because my last one was just terrible never made you feel good about your driving. But luckly I was a week away from my P test and I booked 4 consecutive lessons with George and he was amazing. He was an amazing instructor very patient and always asked if I questions. And because of that each day I saw improvment and the positive reinforcement encouraged me to want to get better. Thank you so much! :)

I am sitting in the Service Centre as I type this review on my phone. I am in disbelief that I managed to pass on first attempt. I struggle with severe performance anxiety, so I wasn't sure of myself at all. George helped me overcome all the fears I had whenever I drove on roads. He has equipped me with skills that will be valuable to me in real life. I thoroughly enjoyed all the classes I had with him. Ashraff was my son's driving instructor and was wonderful. His guidance proved to be invaluable and led to my son passing his driving test. He was extremely patience and supportive during his lessons. Even after my son's last lesson, he made himself available for any questions my son had prior to his test. My son took up the offer and sent him a text the morning of the test to clarify car parking rules, and he responded soon after. I highly recommend him to any parent seeking a great instructor. I recently passed my driving test in Liverpool. A few days before my driving test at Service NSW Liverpool, I visited Sydney South Driving School Liverpool Branch office located at Castlereagh Street, the staff were very friendly, they explained to me the process of the preparation for the driving test.Ashraf, the driving Instructor at Liverpool Branch was my instructor. I found the structured driving lessons to be so helpful and effective in explaining the road rules and enough to fix all of my errors. He showed me the exact driving test routes in Liverpool, It was precisely the same route of my driving test. George is a fantastic teacher. He is incredibly professional, helpful and patient. I really liked the way he explained things to me and how he catered the lesson to my learning style.Each lesson made me feel like a better driver and I could see significant improvements to my driving technique and knowledge after each of our sessions. His understanding of the course was also superb and you could tell that George was a seasoned veteran with a comprehensive mastery of the test routes. Most importantly this experience was also very nuanced, demonstrated through his advice on where difficult parts of the course were and how to best approach them, coupled with an adaptability to real world conditions. In the test, this proved critical and I scored full marks, 104/104, responding to 4 additional hazards (1 of which was an instant fail item if not responded to correctly) that thankfully George had gone over with me that I believe other instructors might have glossed over. He really has impeccable attention to detail.I want to also state that I'm someone who was gone for their test at a later stage in life as a working professional with a busy schedule. George and the school were very accomodating to my scheduling needs. Built through my driving lessons with George, I feel as though I nowhave strong safety focused driving foundations because these fundamentals and habits were moulded into me by an instructor like George who always put safety first. I'm confident I will take these good safety conscious habits with me wherever I go.I really valued my time with George and wish him, his family and the driving school all the best in the future. If there is anyone who needs an instructor, I wholeheartedly recommend George.Thank you George!

Last week I had a driving test and I was holding an overseas licence, I had only one chance to pass it otherwise they were issuing me a learner licence but I passed it on the first go. I was searching on the internet and found Sydney South Driving School as one of the best driving school. Mr. Ashraf at Liverpool Branch is a very professional instructor and maintains his professionalism all the time. He has a special and unique way of teaching. I took only three lessons with him and he thought me everything very clearly. I got 100% marks. I met Ashraf when I was searching for Driving School. He is such a great instructor, show me everything very clearly, kindly and he is also very passionate about what he does. I was holding the international license and need to take the test to get the NSW license , and I only have one chance to pass the test to have a full license or they will hand me the Learner License. George was very, very patient with me. I remember making a lot of mistakes and he was very understanding and always willing to tell me what I should have done. I also enjoyed driving with him. He had a very enthusiastic attitude towards driving and he made me genuinely enjoy driving. One of the things he said was, "Driving should be an enjoyable experience." George was a very patient and relaxed instructor. After learning to drive with family for the majority of my time as a learner, I was nervous to drive with someone else I didn’t know. However, from my very first lesson with George, he made me feel at ease and comfortable behind the wheel. He helped me overcome my fear of parallel parking and taught me such a simple way to nail it every time. He was very informative about the test but also in giving tips for driving in general.
